MX Nationals back in the Hunter | SPORT

It's been four long years since the Australian Motocross Championships, the MX Nationals, has been in the Hunter Valley.

Now it’s back, and at the redesigned and upgraded Ranch MX track just north of Raymond Terrace for two sensational rounds over two days, July 14-15.

Australia’s top factory riders will be banging ‘bars as they fight for the championship in two critical rounds of the series.

“This event will feature the big booming four-strokes, screaming two-strokes and massive air time for all the racers. Even the kids on the little bikes will be hitting the jumps hard. This event will feature the biggest action, the best thrills and probably spills you’ll see in years,” said event organiser Graeme Boyd.

Each day will feature two races for both the premier Pro Open and Pro Lites classes, as well as support classes including the MX Development, 125 two-stroke cup and the fast kids on the YZ65 Cup class.

Tickets are now available at Moshtix or the gate. Prices from $30 for adults, $20 for kids, $70 for a family. The best deal is a two-day family ticket for just $100.
