With an invite to the Harley-Davidson MY18 world launch in California in my pocket, I needed to look the part. When it comes to being a motorcycling fashionista, a launch like this requires a whole new wardrobe – you don’t want to turn up in the same gear as someone else. After a few frantic phone calls to Chris Lynis at Moto National, Kristy Horne at Draggin Jeans and Joel Ryan at Ficeda, I had everything I needed for an LA cruise.

Of course, one ride is not enough to properly evaluate gear that’s going to set you back a pretty penny, so I’ll do a bit of mixing and matching over the next couple of months and provide a full tested report on each item in an upcoming issue of AMCN.
