Thirty-eight riders, five classes and one high-revving finale… before Spain
Port Melbourne’s Go Kart Club of Victoria was the place to be if you like your racing close, loud and gloriously low to the ground, as 38 riders across five classes brought the FuSport MotoMini Australia Series to its 2026 finale.
Judd Plaisted and Chaz Williams arrived with championship business to finish in the 190cc class. Plaisted won Race 1, Williams hit back in Race 2 with Plaisted taking the crown on points. Cooper Horne was third overall.
Huxley Nolan was the 160cc rider to beat on the weekend, taking both races ahead of Archie Pope and Austin Attard. He won the title ahead of Attard, with Pope third.

James Drought swept all four races in the 110 Cup ahead of Austin Pope but it wasn’t enough to topple Xavier Tonna’s overall points lead.
Alessandro Fogli doubled up in the Masters races to win that series, while Cameron Dunker took out the Pro category.
“This year has been incredible with all the classes getting lap records broken and all the tracks getting faster and faster,” said series organiser Wayne Maxwell.
Plaisted, Williams, Nolan and Attard now go into intense training and coaching ahead of the FIM MotoMini World Series, held at Valencia, Spain, in the week leading up to the final MotoGP round of 2026.
