The first 2025-spec Ducati Scrambler models have been revealed with nothing more than colour changes compared to their predecessors but a more significant limited-edition model is due soon to mark the 10th anniversary of the range.

While Ducati is flagging its Scrambler Icon Dark as a new model, it’s essentially exactly what the name suggests – a Scrambler Icon with an all-black livery. The ‘dark’ theme even extends to the exhaust but there are no technical changes compared to the existing ‘Scrambler Next-Gen’ model that was launched back in 2023. The same applies to the latest version of the Scrambler Full Throttle, which gains a black-and-gold look, with a bronze finish on the wheels and graphics, contrasting with black paint on the tank and black-finished frame, engine and parts like the exhaust heat shields.

But there’s more coming to the Ducati Scrambler range for 2025, with an as-yet-unreleased anniversary model to mark a decade since the line’s launch. Revealed in US type-approval documents, the ‘Scrambler Ducati 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition’ is clearly intended to celebrate the bike’s first 10 years. The fact the name includes ‘Rizoma’ suggests it will be dripping with bolt-ons from that brand, no doubt including plenty of billet aluminium.

The approval shows it’s still based on the ‘Next-Gen’ Scrambler, with Ducati’s normal 803cc air-cooled V-twin engine, and has no changes to its emissions or weight compared to the standard models, so the conversion clearly involves cosmetic components.
