KTM GRABS 25.1% STAKE IN MV AGUSTA | MANUFACTURER NEWS

MV Agusta and PIERER Mobility enter strategic cooperation agreement.

The strategic partnership between the two European motorcycle manufacturers, KTM AG, a company of PIERER Mobility, will give MV Agusta supply chain support and take over the purchasing. MV Agusta will also partly distribute its product range via PIERER Mobility’s worldwide distribution network.

The agreement sees KTM AG acquire a 25.1% stake in MV Agusta Motor S.p.A.
