We are currently going full throttle trying to collect as many donations as possible with the goal of repeating last year’s hugely successful effort, so please go ahead and bring any jackets (or blankets in the warmer northern states) to the drop-off points listed below. Although the weather has been mild so far, temperatures are starting to plummet, and when the jackets are handed over at the end of June they may literally be life-savers.

We’ve had a great response from a couple of people who can’t make it to the capital city drop-off points, but are keen to help none the less. Official Jacket Wrangler Karl Blatch is pitching in again, spreading the word and letting people know that donations can be dropped off at the Southern Highlands Motorcycle Centre and at the Robertson Pie Shop. Further south, Stephen Frew at the Waves Apartments on Phillip Island is also collecting jackets.

And last week we even had a reader drop off her donation directly to Horror HQ. Chris Mountjoy carefully stepped her way around Fred Gassit’s ‘deposits’ on the workshop floor and handed over two pre-loved jackets.
