After last year’s washout, the 2025 Condo 750 roared back to life with blazing sunshine, clouds of dust and over 1,250km of high-speed, high-stakes outback racing.

After last year’s rained out event, it was back to blue skies, warm days and dust at the 2025 Condo 750 navigational race held over April 3, 4 and 5.

Prologue took place on Friday afternoon with local rider Todd Ridley setting the pace after a short 62km lap around the outskirts of Condobolin in Central NSW. With a healthy field of almost 50 riders, there was plenty of outback action with a total distance of over 1250km to be covered in three days.

An early start on Saturday saw the riders head out on the first of five competitive sections for the day. Todd had a dust-free run, starting in first place – but a dodgy ICO antenna made navigation a challenge.

Condobolin Local Todd Ridley showed some consistent fast pace through the scrub.

Rookie rider Gregory Prisk was no stranger to fast riding but now had to add map reading into the mix. Topping a rise at over 160km/h, he quickly realised a turn to the right was needed to avoid the fence, but the dry skatey surface didn’t allow enough time and Pisk ultimately found himself on the wrong side of a barbed wire fence, losing valuable time.

Corey Banks started the day in second place, however a few navigational errors pushed him back to eighth by the end of the day. Scotty Huggins copped a five-minute penalty during the prologue but showed his riding skills by starting 15th and ending the day in second overall.

Sunday morning was a dusty start with very little wind. Gregory Prisk miscalculated a call just 4km from the start, and a big off put an end to his first Nav race.

Zac Manwaring was runner up last year and had worked his way into second place by halfway through the day. Disaster struck Zac just 9km from the finish when a broken chain had him trackside with repairs while his podium finish slipped away after 800km of racing.

Liam McConnell was flying the 2 stoke flag aboard his KTM300, putting in a solid ride to hold third place on both Saturday and Sunday, finishing third overall.

Bradley Greenfield made the long trip from Alice Springs to compete in his 2nd Navigational rally, coming home in a credible 10th outright.

Corey Banks battled it out with mate Scotty Huggins, but his combined times put him on the second step of the podium. However, it was Todd Ridley with the big smile when he finally had a chance to taste victory with a superb ride over the three days.

After half a dozen attempts, it all came together for Todd in 2025, taking home the Number 1 plate!
