World’s fastest blind man – Ben Felten | EVENTS

Blind man Ben Felten has enlisted the help of former grand prix racer Kevin Magee to challenge the land speed record for a motorcycle ridden blindfolded at next year’s Speed Week event on South Australia’s Lake Gairdner.

Magee isn’t taking the challenge lightly, either, naming having to guide Felton using a radio as “the most challenging task I’ve ever done in my riding career.”

Two years ago, Felten set an Australian speed record of 219.96km/h but fell short of breaking the Guinness World Record of 265.33km/h due to bad weather.
