MOTO GUZZI V9 ROAMER AND BOBBER | NEWS

John Sample Group has announced pricing for its soon-to-arrive Moto Guzzi V9 models.

The V9 name reflects an increased capacity of the transverse 90 degree v-twin engine from 744cc in the V7 range to 853cc for the V9.

Claimed power figures are 41kW at 6250rpm and 62Nm at 3000rpm. Power running through a six-speed transmission and shaft drive.

The V9 is available in two variants, V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber.

Both models feature anti-lock braking, Moto Guzzi Controllo di Trazione (Traction Control) and the platform for the Moto Guzzi Multimedia application (available as an accessory).

In a break with the tradition the wire wheels fitted to the V7 have been replaced with 22-spoke cast wheels on the V9.

The V9 Roamer is a cruiser styled machine featuring a gloss pearl paint scheme with chromed mechanical details. The 16-inch rear wheel is matched to a 19 incher up front and is available in Giallo Solare, Bianco Classico and Rosso Rubino colour schemes with a recommended ride away price of $16,500.

The V9 Bobber calls on a minimalistic style and features a fusion of blacked out mechanical details and matte colour scheme. The V9 Bobber runs blacked out 16-inch wheels front and rear with an oversized 130mm front tyre, topped off by a blacked out exhaust. Available in Nero Massiccio with yellow highlights as well as Grigio Sport with red highlights the V9 Roamer also carries a $16,500 ride away price tag.

Both models are expected to arrive in Australia before the end of May. More information on the new models can be found at www.motoguzzi.com.au.
