A concerted effort is underway to make Mildura the motorsport mecca of Australia.
Mildura City Council is working to establish a major multi-use motorsports and community precinct in the region and invites the community to come along to this special event to learn more about it.
Set for development at Koorlong, at the site adjacent to the existing Sunraysia Drag Racing Association, Stage 1 of the proposed precinct would include:
- A sealed three kilometre road circuit (with potential for expansion)
- A multi-use skid pan measuring 100m x 45m
- Pits and a control tower
- Office facilities
- Maintenance/wash-down shed
- Food/beverage facilities
- Parking area
- Camping site
